(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（1）施工現(xiàn)場項(xiàng)目管理機(jī)構(gòu)擬派人員最低配備要求：
人員最低配備要求（人）：5
崗位、數(shù)量、資格要求：*園林項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人、安全員、質(zhì)量員、材料員、中級園林綠化工（班組負(fù)責(zé)人）各1名。
說明：（1）*崗位不得同時(shí)兼任兩個(gè)及以上項(xiàng)目,須具有上海市園林綠化工程從業(yè)人員項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人電子卡。
（2）項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人有下列情形，不得參與本標(biāo)段投標(biāo)：
1）在其他項(xiàng)目擔(dān)任項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人；
2）項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人在其他項(xiàng)目履行合同過程中發(fā)生變更，變更時(shí)間未滿**0天。
（3）本競爭性磋商文件所涉及的園林專業(yè)是指：園林（園林規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)、園林植物、風(fēng)景園林、園林綠化、綠化林業(yè)等）、園藝、城市規(guī)劃、景觀、植物（含植保、森保等）、環(huán)境藝術(shù)、風(fēng)景旅游等專業(yè)；
