簡要規(guī)則描述：文化中心大樓自****年建成并投入使用以來，迄今**年，因此前遭遇臺風(fēng)等極端天氣，造成屋頂鋁扣板脫落，存在很大的安全隱患，擬對文化中心屋頂進行修繕。同時，大樓入口處部分玻璃幕墻漏氣、爆裂，擬做更換處理。項目主要內(nèi)容包括：鋼結(jié)構(gòu)鋁板拆除、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)修繕、外包鋁塑板更換、底板更換、幕墻玻璃更換、零星修繕、屋頂滿堂腳手架等。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見圖紙及工程量清單）
Brief Specification Description:It has been ** years since the Cultural Center Building was completed and put into use in ****. As a result, the aluminum gusset plate on the roof fell off due to extreme weather such as typhoon, which has great security risks. It is planned to repair the roof of the Cultural Center. At the same time, some glass curtain walls at the entrance of the building leaked and burst, and it is planned to be replaced. The main contents of the project include: aluminum plate removal of steel structure, steel structure repair, replacement of outsourced aluminum-plastic plate, replacement of bottom plate, replacement of curtain wall glass, sporadic repair, and scaffolding on the roof. （6）擬派項目負責(zé)人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項目的項目負責(zé)人；
（7）業(yè)績要求：無；
（8）其他要求：無。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) It must be a legal person organization established in China according to law; (4) Grade III or above qualification for general contracting of construction projects; (5) Having a safety production license (within the validity period); (6) The person-in-charge of the proposed project has the qualification of registered construction engineer of Grade II or above in construction engineering, has a valid certificate of safety production assessment, and has not served as the person-in-charge of other construction projects under construction; (7) Performance requirements: None; (8) Other requirements: None.
