簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：為繼續(xù)落實(shí)《浦東新區(qū)****年消防“為民辦實(shí)事”項(xiàng)目實(shí)施方案》有關(guān)規(guī)定，充分發(fā)揮微站功能，本項(xiàng)目擬通過(guò)公開(kāi)招標(biāo)的方式，選取一家合格的供應(yīng)商，為轄區(qū)范圍內(nèi)寶佳苑、欣連苑、高東新路、徐路村及競(jìng)賽村5個(gè)一級(jí)微型消防站提供日常運(yùn)行管理服務(wù)，以提升居民區(qū)防御火災(zāi)的綜合能力。具體工作包括：**小時(shí)日常值守、消防設(shè)施設(shè)備維護(hù)保養(yǎng)及其他應(yīng)急突發(fā)事件的戰(zhàn)備執(zhí)勤、處置等。5個(gè)一級(jí)微型消防站地址分別為：高寶路**0號(hào)、高東新路**8號(hào)、新園路**6號(hào)、上欽路**0號(hào)、龍躍路**6號(hào)。（具體詳見(jiàn)第三章采購(gòu)需求書(shū)）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:In order to continue implementing the relevant provisions of the "Implementation Plan for the **** Fire Protection 'For the People' Project in Pudong New Area" and fully leveraging the functions of micro stations, this project plans to select a qualified supplier through open bidding to provide daily operation and management services for five first level micro fire stations in the jurisdiction, namely Baojiayuan, Xinlianyuan, Gaodongxin Road, Xulu Village, and Xiangxiang Village, in order to enhance the comprehensive ability of residential areas to defend against fires. The specific work includes **-hour daily duty, maintenance and upkeep of fire-fighting facilities and equipment, as well as combat readiness and handling of other emergency situations. The addresses of the five first level micro fire stations are: **0 Gaobao Road, **8 Gaodong New Road, **6 Xinyuan Road, **0 Shangqin Road, and **6 Longyue Road. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details)
