(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：（3）須系我國(guó)境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項(xiàng)目不接受分公司以自己名義參加招標(biāo)活動(dòng)）；
（4）具有市政公用工程施工總承包資質(zhì)三級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)；
（5）安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
（6）投標(biāo)人擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的市政公用工程專業(yè)二級(jí)（含以上級(jí)）注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書；
（7）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購活動(dòng)；為本項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測(cè)等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購活動(dòng)。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) Must be a legal person or unincorporated organization legally established within the territory of China (branches are not allowed to participate in the bidding activities in their own name for this project);

(4) Possess the qualification of Grade III or above in Municipal Public Works Construction General Contracting;

(5) Have a valid Work Safety Permit (within the period of validity);

(6) The project manager to be assigned by the bidder shall hold the qualification of a registered constructor at Level II or above (including Level II) in the municipal public works specialty and a valid certificate of passing the work safety assessment;

(7) Different suppliers with the same legal representative or in a relationship of direct holding or management shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers that provide overall design, specification compilation, or project management, supervision, testing and other services for this project shall
