簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：提供浦東新區(qū)中小學(xué)幼兒園重點(diǎn)部位視頻實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)前端設(shè)備的定期巡檢、設(shè)備養(yǎng)護(hù)、故障維修、備件更換和管理等服務(wù)。本項(xiàng)目非專門面向中小企業(yè)采購(gòu)。具體項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容，采購(gòu)范圍及所應(yīng)達(dá)到的具體要求，以招標(biāo)文件相應(yīng)規(guī)定為準(zhǔn)。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:Provide services such as regular inspections, equipment maintenance, fault repair, spare parts replacement and management for the front-end equipment of the real-time video monitoring system at key locations in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in Pudong New Area. This project is not specifically procured for small and medium-sized enterprises. The specific content of the project, the scope of procurement and the specific requirements to be met shall be subject to the corresponding provisions in the bidding documents.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:If this procurement meets the policies such as government support for welfare enterprises, promotion of employment for persons with disabilities, support for small, medium and micro enterprises, support for prison enterprises and drug rehabilitation enterprises, mandatory procurement of energy-saving products, and encouragement of environmental protection products, the relevant policies will be implemented. This project is open to procurement from various suppliers such as large, medium, small and micro enterprises, and institutional legal persons.
(c)本項(xiàng)目的特定資格要求：3.1、未被“信用中國(guó)”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國(guó)政府采購(gòu)網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單、政府采購(gòu)嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單。
3.2、單位負(fù)責(zé)人或法定代表人為同一人，或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一包件或者未劃分包件的同一項(xiàng)目投標(biāo)的；
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3.1. Not included in the list of persons subject to enforcement for breach of trust, the list of parties involved in major tax violation cases, or the list of records of serious illegal and untrustworthy behaviors in government procurement on the "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn).
3.2. Different suppliers that have the same person as the person in charge or legal representative, or have a direct holding or management relationship, shall not participate in the bidding for the same package or the same project without divided packages.
