（3）安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）。
（4）投標(biāo)人擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的市政公用工程專業(yè)二級(jí)（含以上級(jí)）注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理。
（5）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；為本項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測(cè)等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)。
（6）沒(méi)有因發(fā)生生產(chǎn)安全事故被浦東新區(qū)建設(shè)行政管理部門暫停承接業(yè)務(wù)且在限制期內(nèi)的。
（7）本項(xiàng)目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購(gòu)。
