簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：本包件為三林派出所轄區(qū)公安輔助力量服務，通過配合公安部門對三林派出所轄區(qū)的居村委、地鐵站等區(qū)域進行周密的巡查治安防控工作，從而降低三林派出所轄區(qū)的發(fā)案率，提高百姓安全感及滿意度。本包件年度工作量不少于******小時，共**個月。由投標人根據(jù)工作內(nèi)容、執(zhí)勤區(qū)域合理安排，從而確保項目績效目標達成。本項目共設3個包件，同一投標人可對一個包件進行投標，也可對多個包件同時進行投標，同一投標人允許最多中標3個包件。（具體詳見第三章服務需求書）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This package serves the public security auxiliary forces in the jurisdiction of Sanlin Police Station. By cooperating with the public security department to conduct thorough inspections of the neighborhood committees, subway stations and other areas in the jurisdiction of Sanlin Police Station, the incident rate in the jurisdiction of Sanlin Police Station will be reduced and the people's sense of security and satisfaction will be improved. The annual workload of this package is not less than **3,**4 hours, totaling ** months. The bidder shall make reasonable arrangements according to the work content and duty area, so as to ensure the achievement of the project performance objectives. There are 3 packages in this project. The same bidder can bid for one package or multiple packages at the same time. The same bidder is allowed to win up to 3 packages. (See Chapter III Service Requirements for details)

By cooperating with the public security department to conduct thorough inspections and public security prevention and control work in Qiantan area, the incidence rate in Qiantan area is reduced and the people's sense of security and satisfaction is improved. The annual workload of this package is not less than **5,**2 hours, totaling ** months. The bidder shall make reasonable arrangements according to the work content and duty area, so as to ensure the achievement of the project performance objectives. There are 3 packages in this project. The same bidder can bid for one package or multiple packages at the same time. The same bidder is allowed to win up to 3 packages. (See Chapter III Service Requirements for details)

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement measures to reserve shares, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support the policies of small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specially designed for small and medium-sized enterprises to purchase, and small and medium-sized enterprises will not implement price discounts during the review. (c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）須系我國境內(nèi)依法設立的法人或非法人組織；
（4）具有省、自治區(qū)、直轄市公安局頒發(fā)的《保安服務許可證》；
（5）本項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) It must be a legal person or an unincorporated organization established in China according to law; (4) Having a Security Service License issued by the Public Security Bureau of a province, autonomous region or municipality directly under the Central Government; (5) Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
