Brief Specification Description:This project intends to select a qualified supplier through competitive consultation to provide daily operation and management services for the newly-built first-level micro fire station (Dezhou Station) within the jurisdiction of Shanggang Xincun Sub-district, effectively enhancing the comprehensive fire resistance capacity of the residential community and continuously improving the fire safety environment of the residential community. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.

2、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織；
3、本項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Not listed as a dishonest executive, a major tax violation and dishonest entity, or a record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the websites of "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China government procurement network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization lawfully established within the territory of China; 3. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
