Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:Providing hospitals with services such as medical linen washing, leasing, collection and delivery, folding, and mending, while ensuring standardized, professional, refined, and information-based management according to hospital requirements to guarantee the cleanliness and hygiene of hospital linens. For details, please refer to Chapter 3: Service Requirements.
合同履約期限：本項目一招三年，合同每年一簽，預(yù)算為一年金額。合同期限為一年，經(jīng)年末考核通過可續(xù)簽，最多續(xù)簽兩次。
The Contract Period:This project is tendered for a three-year period, with contracts signed annually and the budget allocated on a yearly basis. The contract term is one year, renewable upon passing the annual performance evaluation, with a maximum of two renewals.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:This procurement project implements government procurement policies for energy-saving products and environmentally labeled products, promotes the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, prison enterprises, and disability welfare organizations, and supports underdeveloped regions and ethnic minority areas in accordance with relevant policies.
(c)本項目的特定資格要求：3、單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；
4、本項目專門面向小微型企業(yè)采購；
5、本次招標(biāo)不接受聯(lián)合投標(biāo)。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(ⅲ) Different suppliers that share the same legal representative or have direct controlling/shareholding/management relationships are prohibited from participating in the same government procurement contract.
(ⅳ) This procurement project is exclusively reserved for small and micro enterprises (SMEs).
(ⅴ)Joint bidding will not be accepted for this tender.
