（5）具有建設(shè)部門頒發(fā)的《安全生產(chǎn)許可證》（有效期內(nèi)）；
（6）項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人須具有中華人民共和國(guó)住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的中華人民共和國(guó)水利水電工程專業(yè)二級(jí)（含以上級(jí)）注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書；
（7）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購活動(dòng)；為本項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測(cè)等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購活動(dòng)；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(3) Must be a legal person or unincorporated organization legally established within the territory of China (branches are not allowed to participate in the bidding activities in their own name for this project);

(4) The supplier must hold a Grade III or higher qualification for general contracting of water conservancy and hydropower engineering issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China;

(5) Possess a Safety Production License (within the validity period) issued by the construction authority;

(6) The project leader must hold a Level II (or higher) registered constructor qualification in the field of water conservancy and hydropower engineering of the People's Republic of China issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China, and have a valid certificate for passing the safety production assessment;
