簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：成日村已入選第七批鄉(xiāng)村振興示范村名單，為配合示范村創(chuàng)建，現(xiàn)擬對(duì)照任務(wù)清單，開(kāi)展成日村鄉(xiāng)村振興老年活動(dòng)室提升改造項(xiàng)目，將日東路沿線1處廢棄泵站改建為老年活動(dòng)室，對(duì)西片活動(dòng)室實(shí)施提質(zhì)改造，改造鄉(xiāng)村茶館等。
Brief Specification Description:Chengri Village has been selected into the list of the seventh batch of rural revitalization demonstration villages, in order to cooperate with the creation of demonstration villages, it is now planned to carry out the upgrading and renovation project of the rural revitalization elderly activity room in Chengri Village according to the task list, convert an abandoned pumping station along Ridong Road into an elderly activity room, implement quality improvement and transformation of the western activity room, and transform the rural teahouse.

（2）具有建筑工程施工總承包資質(zhì)三級(jí)及其以上資質(zhì)。
（3）安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）。
（4）投標(biāo)人擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理的建筑工程專業(yè)二級(jí)（含以上級(jí)）注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理。
（5）單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購(gòu)活動(dòng)；為本項(xiàng)目提供整體設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)范編制或者項(xiàng)目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測(cè)等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)。
（6）沒(méi)有因發(fā)生生產(chǎn)安全事故被浦東新區(qū)建設(shè)行政管理部門暫停承接業(yè)務(wù)且在限制期內(nèi)的。
（7）本項(xiàng)目專門面向中小企業(yè)采購(gòu)。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) It must have an independent legal person registered in accordance with the law, a natural person or other organization with the ability to independently bear civil liability.
