(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）具有市政公用工程施工總承包三級及其以上資質(zhì)，且具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；
（4）投標人擬派項目經(jīng)理須具有市政公用工程專業(yè)貳級（含以上級）注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書；
（5）本項目專門面向中小微企業(yè)采購；
（6）符合《關(guān)于對接國際高標準經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進試點地區(qū)政府采購改革的指導(dǎo)意見》（滬財采〔****〕**號）第**條規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項目的采購活動；
