Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:To further improve the intelligent management level of police equipment rooms, it is planned to build 5 intelligent police equipment rooms. The project products have not undergone import certification, and overall imported products are not accepted. Subcontracting or subcontracting is not allowed for this project. (For specific details, please refer to "Chapter 2 Project Procurement Requirements")
合同履約期限：合同簽訂后**個工作日內(nèi)交貨并協(xié)助完成安裝、調(diào)試、驗收。

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:Including but not limited to government procurement of energy-saving products, government procurement of environmental labeling products, promoting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, supporting the development of prison enterprises, and promoting employment for people with disabilities.
(c)本項目的特定資格要求：1、符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條規(guī)定的供應商。
2、落實政府采購政策需滿足的資格要求：
本項目面向大、中、小、微型企業(yè)，事業(yè)法人、其他組織或自然人采購等各類投標人采購。
3、其他資格要求：
3.1根據(jù)《上海市政府采購供應商信息登記管理辦法》已登記入庫的供應商。
3.2本項目不允許聯(lián)合體投標。
3.3未被列入《信用中國網(wǎng)站》（www.creditchina.gov.cn）失信被執(zhí)行人名單、重大稅收違法失信主體和“中國政府采購網(wǎng)”（www.ccgp.gov.cn）政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單。
3.4為該采購項目提供整體設計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務的供應商，不得再參加該項目的其他采購活動。
3.5單位負責人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關系的不同供應商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動。
3.6符合《關于對接國際高標準經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進試點地區(qū)政府采購改革的指導意見》（滬財采〔****〕**號）第**條規(guī)定的供應商，不得參加本項目的采購活動。
