3.2具備建筑工程施工總承包三級或以上資質(zhì)；具有有效期內(nèi)的安全生產(chǎn)許可證；擬派項目經(jīng)理具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級及以上注冊建造師資格；
3.3本項目不接受組成聯(lián)合體響應(yīng)。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3.1 Not listed as a person who has not fulfilled the obligation of a legal person in the Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.), not included in the list of major tax violations in the Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn), and not included in the list of serious illegal dishonest acts in government procurement in the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 3.2 Have the qualification of general contracting of construction of the third level or above; have a valid safety production license; the project manager to be appointed has the qualification of registered builder of the second level or above in construction engineering;
3.3 This project does not accept the response of a consortium.
