(c)本項目的特定資格要求：3.1未被列入《信用中國網(wǎng)站》（www.creditchina.gov.cn）失信被執(zhí)行人名單、重大稅收違法案件當事人名單和“中國政府采購網(wǎng)”（www.ccgp.gov.cn）政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單[以查詢的提交首次響應(yīng)文件截止之日前3年內(nèi)的信用記錄為準]。
3.2具備建筑工程施工總承包三級及以上資質(zhì)，并具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)許可證。
3.3擬派項目經(jīng)理具有建筑工程專業(yè)貳級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項目的項目經(jīng)理。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3.1 Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement on the Credit China website (www.creditchina. gov.cn), the list of parties involved in major tax violations, and the list of records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp. gov.cn) [based on credit records within the past 3 years prior to the deadline for submitting the first response document]. 3.2 Possess a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of construction projects, and have a valid safety production license. 3.3 The proposed project manager shall have a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of construction engineering, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and shall not serve as a project manager for other ongoing construction projects.
