簡要規(guī)則描述：本工程范圍內(nèi)的對六灶灣村全村田園環(huán)境進(jìn)行整治，全面整潔田間環(huán)境，農(nóng)田邊雜草堆物清理，修整村內(nèi)柴磚銀行和垃圾堆放點(diǎn)，保證無積存垃圾無臟亂棚架、無亂建設(shè)施等;在村落入口、公共中心、廣場等重要鄉(xiāng)村節(jié)點(diǎn)空間打造休閑展示節(jié)點(diǎn)。（具體詳見工程量清單及圖紙）

（3）園林綠化施工企業(yè)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人須具有《園林綠化施工企業(yè)項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人質(zhì)量安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書》（在有效期內(nèi)），并具有園林專業(yè)中級(jí)及以上職稱；
（4）報(bào)名截止之日前三年內(nèi)，在政府采購活動(dòng)中無不良行為記錄；
（5）公司資產(chǎn)狀況良好，具有履行合同所必需的設(shè)備；依法繳納稅收和社會(huì)保障資金，具有良好的商業(yè)信譽(yù)和健全的財(cái)務(wù)會(huì)計(jì)制度；
