簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：為確保航景華庭、航博雅苑居委會(huì)籌備組工作人員日常辦公及居民活動(dòng)正常運(yùn)行，擬對(duì)小區(qū)的公建配套用房進(jìn)行裝修。主要實(shí)施內(nèi)容包括：拆除及新砌部分內(nèi)墻并重新刷涂料、鋪設(shè)地磚或復(fù)合木地板、增加玻璃門禁、石膏板吊頂、安裝照明燈具、窗簾、強(qiáng)弱電線路重新敷設(shè)、衛(wèi)生間、茶水間裝修等。
