4、本項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Not listed as a dishonest executive, a major tax violation and dishonest entity, or a record of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement on the websites of "Credit China" (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China government procurement network (www.ccgp.gov.cn); 2. It must be a legal person or unincorporated organization lawfully established within the territory of China; 3. The supplier and the proposed staff have not participated in the investment supervision or internal price review of this construction project and have no direct working relationship with it. 4. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.
