投標(biāo)人資質(zhì)要求:

一、資質(zhì)要求Requirement for Bidder"s Qualification:特種設(shè)備證書：投標(biāo)人本次投標(biāo)所投產(chǎn)品的制造商須具有有效的《中華人民共和國特種設(shè)備生產(chǎn)許可證》鍋爐（B）及以上。投標(biāo)時需提供證書原件掃描件（原件備查）并可在全國特種設(shè)備公示信息查詢平臺（https://cnse.e-cqs.cn/info-pub/pub）或行政主管部門網(wǎng)站核實。Special Equipment Certificate: The manufacturer of the products to be offered by the bidder in this bidding must hold a valid "Special Equipment Production License of the People"s Republic of China" for Boiler at Level B or above. When submitting the bid, scanned copies of the original certificates shall be provided (with the originals kept available for verification), and it is required that the certificates can be verified on the National Special Equipment Public Information Inquiry Platform (https://cnse.e-cqs.cn/info-pub/pub) or on any website of the competent administrative authority.二、資格要求Requirements for Qualifications of the BidderA.如果投標(biāo)人為中國境內(nèi)注冊公司，投標(biāo)人需具有合法有效的企業(yè)法人營業(yè)執(zhí)照、稅務(wù)登記證及組織機構(gòu)代碼證或證照合一的營業(yè)執(zhí)照，投標(biāo)時需提供原件掃描件（原件備查）；If the Bidder is a company registered within the territory of China, it shall possess a legally valid Business License of an enterprise legal person, Tax Registration Certificate, and Organizational Code Certificate, or a unified business license combining these certificates. No.D. 未領(lǐng)購招標(biāo)文件是否可以參加投標(biāo):不可以Can a bidder participate in the bidd三、業(yè)績要求Requirement for Bidder"s Past Performance:****年7月1日至投標(biāo)截止日（以合同簽署時間為準(zhǔn)），投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具有至少1個合同的熱介質(zhì)（導(dǎo)熱油）鍋爐產(chǎn)品的供貨業(yè)績，投標(biāo)所提供合同的供貨業(yè)績中累計至少包含2臺直燃式熱介質(zhì)（導(dǎo)熱油）鍋爐，且每臺滿足功率≥****0kW、臥式安裝的技術(shù)要求。Subject to the contract signing date, the bidder shall have at least one contract evidencing its supply performance records of heat medium (heat transfer oil) products from July 1, **** to the bid close date. The cumulative supply performance of the contracts provided in the solicitation documents include at least 2 sets of heating medium (heat transfer oil) boilers, and each set meets the technical requirements of power ≥ ****0kW and horizontal installation.投標(biāo)人須按規(guī)定格式提交業(yè)績表，并提交相關(guān)業(yè)績證明文件。業(yè)績證明文件包括：1）銷售合同；2）用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗收材料（到貨驗收單，或，調(diào)試驗收報告，或，其他可以證明合同項下貨物已經(jīng)到貨驗收的有效證明材料）。投標(biāo)人所提交的業(yè)績證明文件必須至少體現(xiàn)以下內(nèi)容：合同簽署時間、合同簽署頁（國內(nèi)貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方蓋章，國際貿(mào)易合同應(yīng)有雙方簽字或蓋章）、貨物名稱、功率≥****0kW、臥式安裝的技術(shù)要求、用戶簽字或蓋章的到貨驗收材料。The bidder shall submit the Performance Form in the specified format and provide the relevant performance certification documents. The performance certification documents include: 1) Sales contracts; 2) Goods Arrival Acceptance signed or stamped by the client (i.e. Arrival Acceptance Form, or, Commissioning Acceptance Report, or other valid certifications that can prove the goods under the contract have passed the arrival acceptance).
