簡要規(guī)則描述：在一期項目的建設基礎上，在鴻音路（正茂路-兩港大道）重要交叉口增設夜景燈光，通過舒適的色溫，塑造全新的“夜空間”，打造近悅遠來新地標。（具體數量及要求詳見工程量清單）
Brief Specification Description:On the basis of the construction of Phase I project, night lighting will be added at the important intersection of Hongyin Road (Zhengmao Road-Lianggang Avenue) to create a brand-new "night space" through comfortable color temperature and create a new landmark near Yueyuan. (See Bill of Quantities for specific quantities and requirements)

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（3）單位負責人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關系的不同供應商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；為采購項目提供整體設計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務的供應商，不得再參加該采購項目的其他采購活動。
（4）具有城市及道路照明工程專業(yè)承包資質三級及其以上資質。
（5）具有安全生產許可證（有效期內）。
（6）擬派項目負責人具有市政公用工程專業(yè)或機電工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格。具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:（3）The responsible person of the unit is the same person or different suppliers with direct holding and management relationship shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; suppliers providing overall design, specification preparation or project management, supervision and testing services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project.
（4）With city and road lighting engineering professional contracting qualification level 3 and above qualification.
（5）Have safety production license (valid period).
（6）the proposed project leader has a registered construction engineer qualification of grade ii or above in municipal public works or electrical and mechanical engineering. Possess valid safety production assessment certificate, and do not serve as the project leader of other construction projects under construction.
(i)符合《中華人民共和國政府采購法》第二十二條的規(guī)定；
