東非原油外輸管道項(xiàng)目招標(biāo)人為中石油管道局坦桑尼亞國(guó)家公司，項(xiàng)目資金來(lái)源已落實(shí)。本招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目已按要求履行了相關(guān)報(bào)批及備案等手續(xù)，具備招標(biāo)條件。Theprojecthasimplementedrelevantproceduresaccordingtorules,regulations,andlaws.aswellasthecapitalhasbeenconfirmed.Nowweherebyinviteyouresteemedcompanytoparticipateinthisbid.ThetendereeisChinaPetroleumPipelineEngineeringCompanyLtd.

2.1項(xiàng)目概況ProjectProfile
東非原油外輸管道項(xiàng)目起點(diǎn)于烏干達(dá)TilengaCPF（聯(lián)絡(luò)線起點(diǎn)），止于坦桑尼亞Tanga港，總長(zhǎng)****km，其中：干線****km，聯(lián)絡(luò)線**km。烏干達(dá)境內(nèi)**2km，坦桑尼亞境內(nèi)****km；全線泵站6座，減壓站2座，閥室**座，電伴熱站**座（與閥室合建**座，單獨(dú)建設(shè)3座）。該項(xiàng)目業(yè)主為道達(dá)爾勘探開發(fā)公司（上游，聯(lián)絡(luò)線部分）與道達(dá)爾東非中游公司。計(jì)劃工期為**個(gè)月。
