簡要規(guī)則描述：浦東分局警用無線數(shù)字通信系統(tǒng)的長期穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行對上海公安無線通訊暢通起著至關(guān)重要的作用。在處置和防范突發(fā)事件時，該系統(tǒng)可實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)場的應(yīng)急指揮、即時通信與調(diào)度。為滿足分局對于整個應(yīng)急指揮系統(tǒng)的需求，為領(lǐng)導(dǎo)科學(xué)決策、及時調(diào)度、異地指揮提供重要的通信手段。因此，需要一個專業(yè)的維護(hù)團(tuán)隊(duì)投入到警用無線數(shù)字通信系統(tǒng)的維護(hù)工作中去。進(jìn)行日常運(yùn)維、月度巡檢、應(yīng)急搶修、設(shè)備設(shè)施維修、年度保養(yǎng)、節(jié)日保障等，以確保警用無線數(shù)字通信系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行。（具體內(nèi)容詳見“第二章 項(xiàng)目采購需求”）
Brief Specification Description:The long-term stable operation of the Pudong Branch Police Wireless Digital Communication System plays a vital role in the smooth wireless communication of Shanghai Public. In dealing with and preventing emergencies, the system can achieve emergency command on the spot, timely communication and dispatch. To meet the needs of the branch for the entire emergency command system it provides an important communication means for leaders to make scientific decisions, dispatch in time, command remotely, and collect intelligence. Therefore, a professional maintenance team is needed to be involved in maintenance work of the police wireless digital communication system. Carry out daily operation and maintenance, monthly inspection, emergency repair, equipment and facility maintenance, annual maintenance, holiday security, etc., to ensure the stable operation of the police wireless digital communication system. (For specific content, see "Chapter 2 Project Procurement Requirements"

3.5單位負(fù)責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項(xiàng)下的政府采購活動。
3.6供應(yīng)商須具有良好的售后服務(wù)體系，能提供良好的技術(shù)支持（須在響應(yīng)文件中提供承諾函）；
