1、根據(jù)上海市財政局的規(guī)定，本項目招投標(biāo)工作必須在上海市政府采購云平臺上進(jìn)行。本項目潛在投標(biāo)人在投標(biāo)前應(yīng)當(dāng)自行了解政府采購云平臺的基本規(guī)則、要求、流程，具備網(wǎng)上投標(biāo)的能力和條件，知曉并愿意承擔(dān)電子招投標(biāo)可能產(chǎn)生的風(fēng)險；
2、投標(biāo)人須保證報名及獲得招標(biāo)文件時提交的資料和所填寫內(nèi)容真實、完整、有效、一致，如因投標(biāo)人遞交虛假材料或填寫信息錯誤而造成的任何損失由投標(biāo)人承擔(dān)；
