1, China Harbour Engineering Co., Ltd. according to the Samoa Apia Port Upgrade Project construction needs, is now the terminal yard cold container area supporting generator sets and ancillary equipment for public tender.
中國港灣工程有限責任公司根據(jù)薩摩亞阿皮亞港升級改造項目施工所需，現(xiàn)對碼頭堆場冷柜區(qū)配套發(fā)電機組及配套設(shè)備進行公開招標。

2.1 Diesel generator set (**0KVA) 1 set

3, Participating bidding units are required to log in the supplier platform (https://sp.iccec.cn/ ) of CCCC Group"s supply chain system (new version) to complete the registration of suppliers and pay close attention to the release time of the bidding documents and upload the bidding documents according to the time nodes required by the release notice, and those who have not uploaded the bidding documents after the due date will not be able to participate in this bidding. According to the system settings, the deadline for bidding documents will be displayed only after the end of the bid selling session. In this tender, the bidders are not required to purchase the tender, and the bidders can just download the tender documents directly from the system during the tender selling session.
參與投標單位需登錄中交集團供應鏈系統(tǒng)（新版）供應商平（https://sp.iccec.cn/ ）完成供應商注冊，并密切留意招標文件的發(fā)布時間，按發(fā)布通告所要求的時間節(jié)點上傳投標文件，逾期未上傳投標文件的，將不能參與本次投標。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)設(shè)置，售賣標書環(huán)節(jié)結(jié)束后，方能顯示投標文件的截止時間。本次招標，不需要投標人購買標書，投標人可在售賣標書環(huán)節(jié)中直接從系統(tǒng)中下載招標文件即可。
3.1 Access to tender documents

Bidders shall download the bidding documents via remote login to the CCCC Supply Chain System (New Version) Supplier Platform (https://sp.iccec.cn/) from **:** on September **, ****, to **:** PM on October 4, **** (including statutory public holidays and statutory holidays).

3.2 Submission of tender documents
投標文件的遞交
This tender adopts an electronic bidding process. The submission period for tender documents (scanned copies) via the CCCC Supply Chain Management Information System is from **:** on October 4, ****, to **:** on October **, ****. Bidders must upload their tender documents through the CCCC Supply Chain Management Information System within the specified submission timeframe.
本次采用電子化招標投標方式，在中交集團供應鏈管理信息系統(tǒng)遞交投標文件（掃描件）時間為****年**月**日**:**時日至****年**月**日**：**時。 投標人應當在規(guī)定遞交投標文件時間范圍內(nèi)通過登錄中交集團供應鏈管理信息系統(tǒng)上傳投標文件。
The deadline for submission of bids shall be specified as shown in the system.投標的截止時間具體應以系統(tǒng)顯示為準。
3.3 All uploaded tender documents must be signed and stamped by the legal representative or authorised representative (for non-China participants, the owner of the company). Upload the tender documents in scanned PDF format to the designated website.
所有上傳的投標文件須由法定代表人或者授權(quán)代表（非中國區(qū)參與者為公司所有權(quán)人）簽字并加蓋公章。以掃描件PDF格式上傳投標文件到指定網(wǎng)址。
3.4 The bidder shall have the right to increase or decrease the type specifications, quantity and services of the goods specified in the Bidding Documents prior to the award of the contract, and shall have the right to cancel this procurement due to the actual situation of the project, and the bidder shall accept and be exempted from the responsibility of the bidder for any changes made to the project as a result of such changes.
招標人在授予合同前有權(quán)對《招標文件》中規(guī)定的貨物的型號規(guī)格、數(shù)量和服務(wù)予以增加或減少，并有權(quán)因項目實際情況取消本次采購，投標人應接受并免除因此項的變更而給招標人帶來的責任。
