簡要規(guī)則描述：浦東轄區(qū)重要網(wǎng)站、系統(tǒng)（包含但不限于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)可訪問的信息系統(tǒng)、域名站點、IP的Web應(yīng)用、小程序、公眾號、以及對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)開放的API數(shù)據(jù)接口、服務(wù)、端口等數(shù)字化空間交互入口）（具體采購內(nèi)容詳見競爭性磋商文件“第二章-采購需求”）按照《中小企業(yè)劃型標準規(guī)定》（工信部聯(lián)企業(yè)﹝****﹞**0號），采購標的對應(yīng)的中小企業(yè)劃分標準所屬行業(yè)為 其他未列明行業(yè)。
Brief Specification Description:Important websites and systems in the Pudong jurisdiction (including but not limited to information systems accessible via the Internet, domain name sites, IP web, small programs, public accounts, and digital space interaction entry points such as APIs, services, and ports that are open to the Internet) (see the "Second Chapter - Prourement Requirements" section of the competitive negotiation documents for specific procurement content). According to the "Regulations on the Classification Standards for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" (it Lian Qiye [****] No. **0), the industry corresponding to the classification standard for small and medium-sized enterprises in the subject belongs to other unlisted industries.
合同履約期限：自合同簽訂之日起一年。

3.2本項目不允許聯(lián)合體形式投標。
3.3未被列入《信用中國網(wǎng)站》（www.creditchina.gov.cn）失信被執(zhí)行人名單、重大稅收違法案件當事人名單和“中國政府采購網(wǎng)”（www.ccgp.gov.cn）政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單。
3.4為該采購項目提供整體設(shè)計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得再參加該項目的其他采購活動。
3.5單位負責人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動。
3.6符合《關(guān)于對接國際高標準經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進試點地區(qū)政府采購改革的指導意見》（滬財采〔****〕**號）第**條規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項目的采購活動。
