（2）具有市政公用工程施工總承包三級及其以上資質(zhì)，安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
（3）擬派項目經(jīng)理具備市政公用工程專業(yè)注冊建造師二級及其以上資格；
（4）提供依法繳納稅收和社會保障資金、近三年沒有重大違法記錄的書面聲明；
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) Hold a valid business license; (2) Have a third-level and above qualification for general contracting of municipal public engineering construction, and a safety production license (within the validity period); (3) The project manager is expected to be assigned to have a second-level and above qualification for registered construction engineers of municipal public engineering; (4) Provide a written statement that tax and social security funds are paid in accordance with the law and no major violation records in the past three years;
