簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：本工程擬對(duì)繁榮東路**5號(hào)和北門大街**6號(hào)辦公用房更新改造。工程內(nèi)容：拆除塊料地面、玻璃隔斷、吊頂、護(hù)墻板、木門，鏟除墻面、新建墻體、門窗，鋪設(shè)防滑地磚地面、吊頂修補(bǔ)等。（具體數(shù)量及要求詳見工程量清單及圖紙）
Brief Specification Description:This project involves the renovation and modernization of office buildings located at **5 Fengrong East Road and **6 Beimen Street. The scope of work includes: demolition of tile flooring, glass partitions, suspended ceilings, wall panels, and wooden doors; removal of walls, construction of new walls, doors, and windows; installation of anti-slip ceramic tile flooring, repair of suspended ceilings, and other tasks. 6.擬派項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級(jí)及以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產(chǎn)考核合格證書，且未擔(dān)任其他在建的建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目的項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人；

The proposed project leader shall have a registered construction engineer qualification of Level 2 or above in the field of construction engineering, a valid safety production assessment certificate, and shall not serve as the project leader of any other ongoing construction projects; 7.
