簡要規(guī)則描述：航頭鎮(zhèn)鎮(zhèn)南社區(qū)PDS1-****單元**-**B-**地塊配套小學項目是我鎮(zhèn)“四個一批、**個重點項目”重點區(qū)域開發(fā)項目四單元綜合體的公建配套學校，總用地面積****5平方米。該項目目前已取得施工許可證，已經(jīng)開工建設(shè)。經(jīng)現(xiàn)場排摸，發(fā)現(xiàn)該項目地塊內(nèi)埋有1根長度約**0米，管徑**0mm的污水管，為排水公司所屬市政污水管。由于管道在項目地塊紅線內(nèi)，影響學校地下停車庫施工，需要對該污水管進行搬遷。

The project has obtained the construction permit and has commenced construction. On-site investigation revealed the presence of a buried sewage pipe approximately **0 meters long and with a diameter of **0mm, belonging to the municipal sewage system managed by the drainage company. Since the pipeline lies within the project plot's boundary and affects the construction of the school's underground parking lot, the sewage pipe must be relocated.
