簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：本項(xiàng)目旨在通過遴選優(yōu)質(zhì)第三方服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)，承接浦東新區(qū)青少年活動(dòng)中心市團(tuán)（管弦樂團(tuán)、民樂團(tuán)）基地學(xué)校梯隊(duì)培訓(xùn)服務(wù)。本項(xiàng)目為非專門面向中小企業(yè)采購(gòu)。具體項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容、采購(gòu)范圍及所應(yīng)達(dá)到的具體要求，以招標(biāo)文件相應(yīng)規(guī)定為準(zhǔn)。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:The purpose of this project is to select high-quality third-party service agencies to undertake the training services for the school team of the Pudong New Area Youth Activity Center City Orchestra (orchestra, folk music troupe) base. This project is not specifically aimed at procurement for small and medium-sized enterprises. The specific project content, procurement scope, and specific requirements to be met shall be subject to the corresponding provisions of the bidding documents.
合同履約期限：自合同簽訂之日起一年。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:ⅲ. The same person in charge of the unit or different suppliers with direct controlling or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; Suppliers who provide overall design, specification preparation, project management, supervision, testing and other services for procurement projects shall not participate in other procurement activities of the procurement project.
ⅳ. Branches established by legal entities and obtaining business licenses to participate in government procurement activities shall be authorized by their legal entities. A legal entity and its branches, or different branches belonging to the same legal entity, shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract.
ⅴ. Other specific qualification requirements: Bidders must hold a school license issued by the Education Bureau.
