(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:(1) Implement measures to reserve quotas, increase the share of small and medium-sized enterprises in government procurement, and support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises: This project is specifically aimed at purchasing from small and medium-sized enterprises, and price discounts will not be implemented for their products during evaluation. 3.2本項目不接受組成聯(lián)合體響應(yīng)。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:3.1 The bidder shall hold a Class III or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works; possess a valid work safety license; and the proposed project manager shall hold a Class II or higher registered constructor qualification in the municipal public works specialty.3.2 Joint ventures are not accepted for this project.
