簡要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目為****年住宅電梯遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測裝置加裝項(xiàng)目，擬通過公開競爭性磋商選擇一名合格的供應(yīng)商為康橋鎮(zhèn)區(qū)域內(nèi)的仁怡苑、誠康雅苑、富康苑等**個(gè)小區(qū)安裝**0臺(tái)住宅電梯配備遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測裝置，并通過將遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測裝置所采集的數(shù)據(jù)接入上海智慧電梯平臺(tái)等方式，向采購人提供遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief Specification Description:This project is an installation project of remote monitoring devices for residential elevators in ****. It is planned to select a qualified supplier to install **0 residential elevators with remote monitoring devices for ** communities including Renyiyuan, Chengkangyayuan and Fukangyuan in Kangqiao Town through open competitive negotiation, and provide remote monitoring data services to purchasers by connecting the data collected by the remote monitoring devices to Shanghai Smart Elevator Platform. (For details, please refer to Chapter III Procurement Requirements)
合同履約期限：在****年**月**日前完成設(shè)備的安裝、調(diào)試并通過驗(yàn)收，自驗(yàn)收合格之日起提供3年的電梯遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測運(yùn)維服務(wù)。
