2、具有安全生產許可證（有效期內）；
3、擬派項目負責人具有建筑工程專業(yè)二級及其以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，具備有效的安全生產考核合格證書，且未擔任其他在建的建設工程項目的項目負責人；
4、業(yè)績要求：無；
5、其他要求：無。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Possessing a Grade 3 or above general contracting qualification for construction projects; 2. Possess a valid work safety license; 3. The proposed project leader should hold a second-level or higher registered constructor professional qualification in the field of building engineering, possess a valid certificate of qualification for safety production assessment, and not be concurrently serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction project. 4.
