簡要規(guī)則描述：本項目位于上海市浦東新區(qū)曹路鎮(zhèn)新星村、星火村、永豐村和永和村，主要建設(shè)內(nèi)容為補種綠化；新增或更換小圍欄、河道護欄、鐵網(wǎng)等；新增儲物箱、不銹鋼大門、磚砌水泥圍墻等設(shè)施；拆除、搭建棚架；安裝店招店牌，維修道路側(cè)石，重刷各類油漆，田園整治(堆物)等。
Brief Specification Description:This project is located in Xinxing Village, Xinghuo Village, Yongfeng Village, and Yonghe Village of Caolu Town, Pudong New District, Shanghai. The main construction content includes replanting greenery; adding or replacing small fences, riverbank guardrails, and iron mesh; installing storage boxes, stainless steel gates, and brick-cement walls; dismantling and constructing scaffolding; installing shop signs and signage; repairing road curbstones; repainting various surfaces; and conducting field improvement (including debris removal).

Products marked with "★" in the energy-saving product catalog shall be subject to mandatory procurement.
(c)本項目的特定資格要求：1、具有中華人民共和國住房和城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的建筑工程施工總承包三級及以上資質(zhì)；
2、安全生產(chǎn)許可證（有效期內(nèi)）；
3、供應(yīng)商擬派項目負責(zé)人具備建筑工程專業(yè)二級及以上注冊建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格，且未在其他項目擔(dān)任項目負責(zé)人；
4、單位負責(zé)人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關(guān)系的不同供應(yīng)商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動。為采購項目提供整體設(shè)計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務(wù)的供應(yīng)商，不得再參加該采購項目的其他采購活動。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Possess a Grade III or higher qualification for general contracting in construction engineering issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the People's Republic of China; 2. Valid safety production license; 3. The project leader proposed by the supplier must hold a Grade II or higher registered constructor qualification in construction engineering and have not served as project leader in other projects; 4. Suppliers with the same legal representative or those in direct controlling or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract. Suppliers providing comprehensive design, standard formulation, project management, supervision, testing, or related services for a procurement project shall not participate in other procurement activities of the same project.
