Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:Luchaogang Community and Logistics Bonded Zone, encompassing the area bounded by Nanchao Town in Nanhui District, Nanlu Highway, Wanshui Road, Cenglin Road, seawall, and enclosed netting, including but not limited to the maintenance and management of municipal roads and ancillary facilities in the aforementioned areas.
合同履約期限：各包件：本項目服務(wù)期限自合同簽訂之日起期限三年，采取一次招標(biāo)三年沿用、分三個年度分別簽訂合同的方式實施。
