簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：本項目包括南北兩段，其中，北段北起川楊河，南至三灶浜；南段北起豐收河，南至張江康橋徐家河?？傞L約3.**公里，河口按規(guī)劃**米實施，兩側陸域控制帶因地制宜按0-**米布置防汛通道及綠化。主要建設內(nèi)容是:河道開挖與疏拓工程、護岸工程、橋涵工程、防汛通道、綠化工程及相關附屬工程。本次采購內(nèi)容為該項目的代建服務。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project includes two sections, north and south. The northern section starts from Chuanyang River in the north and ends at Sanzaobang in the south; The southern section starts from Fengshou River in the north and ends at Xujia River in Zhangjiang Kangqiao in the south. The total length is about 3.** kilometers, and the river mouth is planned to be ** meters long. Flood control channels and greenery are arranged on both sides of the land control zone according to local conditions, ranging from 0 to ** meters. The main construction content includes river excavation and dredging projects, bank protection projects, bridge and culvert projects, flood control channels, greening projects, and related ancillary projects. The content of this procurement is the construction agency service for this project.

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：（1）未被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）和中國政府采購網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當事人名單、政府采購嚴重違法失信行為記錄名單；
（2）單位負責人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關系的不同供應商，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；為本項目提供整體設計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務的供應商，不得參加本項目的采購活動；
（3）本項目不接受聯(lián)合體投標。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:(1) Not included in the list of dishonest persons subject to enforcement, parties involved in major tax violations, and records of serious illegal and dishonest behavior in government procurement by "Credit China" (www.creditchina. gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp. gov.cn); (2) The same person in charge of the unit or different suppliers with direct controlling or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; Suppliers who provide overall design, specification preparation, project management, supervision, testing and other services for this project shall not participate in the procurement activities of this project; (3) This project does not accept consortium bidding.
