The construction of the Wave Wall for thisproject have met the bidding conditions. The project will now be publiclytendered using an electronic bidding method.

本項(xiàng)目擋浪墻施工已滿足招標(biāo)條件，現(xiàn)采用電子招標(biāo)投標(biāo)方式公開(kāi)招標(biāo)。

2 Tender Content

2 招標(biāo)內(nèi)容

Wave Wall Construction and TemperatureControl Construction , Wave Wall Construction includes formwork installation,concrete pouring, curing, defect repair, and joint cutting, with all proceduresrequired to comply with the design specifications and the relevant localconstruction standards in the Philippines. The Temperature Control Works areresponsible for the temperature control measures of the wave wall, includingpipeline installation, temperature monitoring, and circulation watermaintenance, to ensure compliance with the Employer’s temperature controlrequirements. All construction personnel must hold valid work permits and beequipped with standard personal protective equipment .

擋浪墻施工及溫控施工，擋浪墻施工包括模板安裝、混凝土澆筑、養(yǎng)護(hù)、缺陷修補(bǔ)及切縫處理，所有工序需符合設(shè)計(jì)要求和菲律賓當(dāng)?shù)厥┕ひ?guī)范；溫控勞務(wù)施工負(fù)責(zé)當(dāng)浪墻溫控措施，包括管線布置，溫控監(jiān)測(cè)，循環(huán)水維護(hù)等。確保甲方溫控要求。施工人員須持有合法工作許可并配備標(biāo)準(zhǔn)勞保裝備。

3 Qualification Requirements for Bidders

3 投標(biāo)人資格要求

3.1Bidders must be legally registered and possess valid certificate ofincorporation, tax registration certificates, and other relevant legaldocuments as required by laws and regulations.

3.1投標(biāo)人必須經(jīng)過(guò)合法注冊(cè)，并持有有效的公司注冊(cè)證書(shū)、稅務(wù)注冊(cè)證書(shū)和法律、法規(guī)要求的其他相關(guān)法律文件。

3.2 Bidders must not fall under any of the following circumstances:

3.2投標(biāo)人不得存在下列情形之一：

(1) If the same individual serves asthe legal representative of multiple entities, or if different entities have acontrolling or affiliated relationship, they are not allowed to bid for thesame portion of the project. Otherwise, all related bids will be deemedinvalid.

(1)同一個(gè)人作為多個(gè)單位的法定代表人，或者不同單位之間存在控股或關(guān)聯(lián)關(guān)系。在這種情況下，不允許對(duì)同一部分進(jìn)行投標(biāo)，否則所有相關(guān)的投標(biāo)都將無(wú)效。

(2)Bidders whose bidding qualifications have been suspended or cancelled.

(2)投標(biāo)資格被暫停或取消的投標(biāo)人。

(3)Bidders whose production or business operations have been ordered to besuspended, or whose licenses or permits have been suspended or revoked.

(3)被責(zé)令暫停生產(chǎn)或者吊銷(xiāo)許可證的投標(biāo)人。

(4)Bidders who are undergoing liquidation procedures, have been declaredbankrupt, or have other circumstances that result in a loss of performancecapabilities.

(4)正在接受清算程序、已被宣告破產(chǎn)或者有其他情形導(dǎo)致喪失履行能力的投標(biāo)人。

(5) Bidders who have been included in the list of serious illegal anddishonest enterprises.

(5)被列入嚴(yán)重違法失信企業(yè)名單的投標(biāo)人。

5 Acquisition of Tender Documents

5.1 Interested bidders shall register as asupplier or apply to add a cooperative intention unit on the "CCCC SupplyChain Management Information System" (website: http://ec.ccccltd.cn/)within ** hours before the deadline of the tender notice. Suppliers who fail toregister successfully or add a cooperative intention unit will not be able toparticipate in the bidding.

5.1有興趣的投標(biāo)人應(yīng)在投標(biāo)通知截止時(shí)間前**小時(shí)內(nèi)注冊(cè)為供應(yīng)商或在“中交集團(tuán)供應(yīng)鏈管理信息系統(tǒng)”（網(wǎng)站：http://ec.ccccltd.cn/）上申請(qǐng)?jiān)黾雍献饕庀颉Ｎ闯晒ψ?cè)或增加合作意向單位的供應(yīng)商將無(wú)法參與投標(biāo)。

6 Submission of Bid Documents

6投標(biāo)文件的遞交

The submission period for bidding documentsis from **:** AM on November **, ****, to **:** AM on November **, ****.Bidders must log in to the "CCCC Supply Chain Management InformationSystem" (website: http://ec.ccccltd.cn/) to submit quotations and uploadbid documents (scanned electronic documents with signatures and seals must beuploaded). Bidders who fail to submit quotations and complete the submission ofbid documents before the bid deadline will not be accepted by the tenderer.
