Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:Fully responsible for the on-site reception and operation of the Zhangjiang Science City Exhibition Hall, including reception of visiting teams, important conference events, themed activities, exhibit management, daily support of exhibition hall equipment and facilities, daily administrative and logistical management, and other related tasks. (See Part III - Service Requirements Specification in the bidding documents for details).

(c)本項目的特定資格要求：1、為采購項目提供整體設計、規(guī)范編制或者項目管理、監(jiān)理、檢測等服務的潛在投標人，不得參加本項目的采購活動；
2、單位負責人為同一人或者存在直接控股、管理關系的不同潛在投標人，不得參加同一合同項下的政府采購活動；
3、本項目不允許轉包；
4、本項目專門面向中小微企業(yè)采購。
(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Potential bidders who provide overall design, specification preparation, project management, supervision, testing and other services for procurement projects shall not participate in the procurement activities of this project; 2. The same person in charge of the unit or different potential bidders with direct controlling or management relationships shall not participate in government procurement activities under the same contract; 3. This project does not allow subcontracting; 4. This project is specifically aimed at procurement for small and medium-sized enterprises.
