（2）符合《關(guān)于對(duì)接國(guó)際高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進(jìn)試點(diǎn)地區(qū)政府采購(gòu)改革的指導(dǎo)意見》（滬財(cái)采〔****〕**號(hào)）第**條規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)。
