簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：本項(xiàng)目主要內(nèi)容是對(duì)滬東大樓小區(qū)、龍居花苑、龍居大廈、棲山苑、通聯(lián)公寓相關(guān)物業(yè)托底管理區(qū)域提供物業(yè)托底管理服務(wù)。本項(xiàng)目一次采購三年有效，合同一年一簽，每年經(jīng)過采購人考核合格后續(xù)簽合同。本項(xiàng)目采購預(yù)算所涵蓋的服務(wù)期限：****年1月1日-****年**月**日。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:The main content of this project is to provide property safety management services for the relevant property safety management areas of Hudong Building Community, Longju Huayuan, Longju Building, Qishan Garden and Tonglian Apartment. This project's one-time procurement is valid for three years. The contract is signed annually. After passing the assessment by the purchaser each year, the contract will be renewed. The service period covered by the procurement budget of this project is from January 1, **** to December **, ****. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.
