簡要規(guī)則描述：根據(jù)《關(guān)于深化推進平安建設(shè)物防設(shè)施建設(shè)的實施方案》要求，南匯新城鎮(zhèn)人民政府擬租賃**輛小型車輛作為小型移動平安哨主要載體開展區(qū)域聯(lián)巡工作，要求具備前哨觀測，駐點屯兵，應急響應，緊急救助，防范宣傳，區(qū)域聯(lián)巡，報告反饋等功能。實際服務(wù)內(nèi)容以下達工作任務(wù)為準。小型移動平安哨應保證**小時可使用。
Brief Specification Description:According to the Implementation Plan for Deepening the Construction of Physical Defense Facilities for Safe Construction, the People's Government of Nanhui New Town plans to lease ** small vehicles as the main carrier of small mobile safety posts to carry out regional joint patrols. It is required to have functions such as forward observation, stationed troops, emergency response, emergency rescue, prevention propaganda, regional joint patrols, and report feedback. （2）符合《關(guān)于對接國際高標準經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進試點地區(qū)政府采購改革的指導意見》（滬財采〔****〕**號）第**條規(guī)定的供應商，不得參加本項目的采購活動。
（3）本項目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。
