簡要規(guī)則描述：根據(jù)《關(guān)于浦東新區(qū)社區(qū)微型消防站優(yōu)化賦能分級(jí)管理指導(dǎo)意見》文件要求，結(jié)合保稅區(qū)機(jī)場南部區(qū)域?qū)嶋H情況，本著“減少警情，滅早救小，減少各類應(yīng)急事件人員傷亡和財(cái)產(chǎn)損失”的工作理念，在保稅區(qū)機(jī)場南部區(qū)域內(nèi)的點(diǎn)位，建設(shè)成為有專職人員、有消防車輛，**小時(shí)值班備勤的微型消防站，實(shí)行消防宣傳員、防火巡查員、滅火戰(zhàn)斗員、便民服務(wù)員、管理指導(dǎo)員的“五員一體”工作模式，主要落實(shí)安委辦、園區(qū)、消防部門和派出所布置的關(guān)于消防工作任務(wù)。
Brief Specification Description:According to the requirements of the "Guiding Opinions on Optimizing and Empowering Graded Management of Micro Fire Stations in Pudong New Area Communities" document, combined with the actual situation in the southern area of the bonded zone airport, and based on the work concept of "reducing police incidents, extinguishing early and rescuing small incidents, and reducing casualties and property losses caused by various emergency events", a micro fire station with full-time personnel, fire vehicles, and **-hour standby will be built at the southern area of the bonded zone airport. The "five in one" work mode of fire promoters, fire inspectors, firefighting fighters, convenience service personnel, and management instructors will be implemented, mainly to implement the fire work tasks assigned by the safety committee office, park, fire department, and police station.

2、未被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國政府采購網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單、政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單；
3、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項(xiàng)目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動(dòng)）；
4、符合《關(guān)于對接國際高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)經(jīng)貿(mào)規(guī)則推進(jìn)試點(diǎn)地區(qū)政府采購改革的指導(dǎo)意見》（滬財(cái)采〔****〕**號(hào)）第**條規(guī)定的供應(yīng)商，不得參加本項(xiàng)目的采購活動(dòng)；
