簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)格描述或項(xiàng)目基本概況介紹、用途：1、負(fù)責(zé)南匯新城鎮(zhèn)城運(yùn)中心各類工單(****5市民服務(wù)熱線、網(wǎng)格工單、南匯新城鎮(zhèn)********市民熱線)受理、先聯(lián)、立案、派遣、審核、結(jié)案、回訪以及流轉(zhuǎn)協(xié)調(diào)、處置催辦等工作；
2、負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)轄區(qū)責(zé)任網(wǎng)格范圍內(nèi)開展現(xiàn)場(chǎng)督查、上報(bào)、對(duì)處置單位處置完成的案件進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)核查等工作；
3、履行管、鎮(zhèn)總值班室職能，承擔(dān)7***值班工作，配合做好轄區(qū)內(nèi)突發(fā)事件的信息收集及報(bào)送、協(xié)調(diào)指揮、匯總分析等工作；
4、負(fù)責(zé)接入 聯(lián)動(dòng)指揮平臺(tái)相關(guān)的智能化系統(tǒng)的日常運(yùn)行監(jiān)管，熟悉掌握各系統(tǒng)的操作規(guī)則和流程；
5、負(fù)責(zé)聯(lián)動(dòng)指揮平臺(tái)各類數(shù)據(jù)分析，通過數(shù)據(jù)治理及時(shí)反饋系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行中的問題和優(yōu)化需求，定期形成報(bào)告，提升系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行能效；
6、負(fù)責(zé)利用無人機(jī)巡飛和視頻監(jiān)控輪巡，監(jiān)測(cè)有關(guān)城市安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)相關(guān)的事件信息，及時(shí)向相關(guān)部門反饋或預(yù)警；
7、負(fù)責(zé)輿 情監(jiān)測(cè)及應(yīng)對(duì)工作，高度關(guān)注熱門新媒體渠道對(duì)事關(guān)轄區(qū)內(nèi)的輿 情信息做到早發(fā)現(xiàn)、早預(yù)警；
8、負(fù)責(zé)聯(lián)動(dòng)指揮中心賦能各行業(yè)部門“戰(zhàn)時(shí)”各類設(shè)施設(shè)備的技術(shù)保障工作，做好視頻監(jiān)控、單兵、應(yīng)急通信指揮車相關(guān)設(shè)施設(shè)備的使用及保障；
9、完成其他交辦的平臺(tái)信息數(shù)據(jù)處理相關(guān)的工作任務(wù)。
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:1. Responsible for various work orders and other tasks related to the Nanhui New Town Urban Transport Center; 2. Responsible for conducting on-site inspections and reporting within the scope of the jurisdictional responsibility grid; 3. Fulfill the functions of the management and town office, and undertake 7 * ** duty and other work; 4. Responsible for the daily operation supervision of intelligent systems related to the linkage command platform; 5. Responsible for analyzing various data of the linkage command platform, regularly generating reports, and improving system operational efficiency; 6. Responsible for using drones for patrol and video surveillance for rotation, providing timely feedback or warnings to relevant departments; 7. Responsible for public opinion monitoring and response work, 8. Responsible for technical support of various facilities and equipment linkage; 9. Complete tasks related to platform information data processing.
