簡要規(guī)則描述：上海已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了老齡化社會(huì)，面對人口老齡化，上海要把養(yǎng)老為老作為“十四五”發(fā)展重點(diǎn)之一，不斷加強(qiáng)養(yǎng)老服務(wù)體系建設(shè)，完善養(yǎng)老服務(wù)設(shè)施，提升為老服務(wù)水平，讓更多的老年人安享幸福晚年。我鎮(zhèn)社區(qū)老年服務(wù)中心自****年開辦老年人助餐服務(wù)，至現(xiàn)今從未停歇。目前祝橋鎮(zhèn)助餐點(diǎn)已達(dá)**家，助餐人次將隨助餐點(diǎn)布局再次增幅，預(yù)測將達(dá)****人?，F(xiàn)通過競爭性磋商方式擇優(yōu)選擇一家供應(yīng)商為祝橋鎮(zhèn)提供為老助餐服務(wù)，供應(yīng)商要確保食品安全，按時(shí)保質(zhì)保量完成。
Brief Specification Description:Shanghai has entered an aging society. Faced with an aging population, Shanghai will make elderly care one of the development priorities for the **th Five Year Plan, continuously strengthen the construction of the elderly care service system, improve elderly care service facilities, enhance the level of elderly care services, and enable more elderly people to enjoy a happy old age. Our community elderly service center has been providing meal assistance services for the elderly since **** and has never stopped until now. At present, Zhuqiao Town has ** assisted meal establishments, and the number of assisted meal people will increase again with the layout of assisted meal establishments. It is predicted that the number will reach **** people. We will now select a supplier through competitive negotiation to provide elderly meal assistance services for Zhuqiao Town. The supplier must ensure food safety and complete the task on time, with quality and quantity guaranteed.

3、未被“信用中國”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）、中國政府采購網(wǎng)（www.ccgp.gov.cn）列入失信被執(zhí)行人、重大稅收違法案件當(dāng)事人名單、政府采購嚴(yán)重違法失信行為記錄名單；
4、須系我國境內(nèi)依法設(shè)立的法人或非法人組織（本項(xiàng)目不接受分公司以自己名義參加采購活動(dòng)）；
5、本次采購不接受聯(lián)合體響應(yīng)，不允許合同轉(zhuǎn)讓與分包。
