Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:It mainly covers the daily maintenance and management of public welfare forests in ecological corridors and other areas, including ten contents in three aspects: forest land management, forest management, and special management.
合同履約期限：各包件：本項(xiàng)目服務(wù)期限自合同簽訂之日起期限三年，采取一次招標(biāo)三年沿用、分三個(gè)年度分別簽訂合同的方式實(shí)施。本合同服務(wù)期限自****年1月起一年。
The Contract Period:The service period of this project shall be 3 years from the date of signing the first contract. These contracts shall be implemented through a one-off bidding process valid for the entire three-year period, with separate contract executed annually for each year. The service period of this contract shall commence from January **** and last for one year.

(b)Qualification requirements to be met to implement government procurement policies:According to the "Measures for Government Procurement to promote the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" and other regulations, this project is exclusively open to small and medium-sized enterprises. Small and medium-sized enterprises shall provide the “Declaration Letter for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" as required.

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:This project does not accept joint bidding.
