2、本項(xiàng)目不允許轉(zhuǎn)包。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Possess the "Value-added Telecommunications Business Operating License", and the types of services must meet the requirements of the service content of this project; 2. Subcontracting is not allowed for this project.

(i)符合《中華人民共和國(guó)政府采購(gòu)法》第二十二條的規(guī)定；
