簡(jiǎn)要規(guī)則描述：本項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)南匯新城鎮(zhèn)范圍，對(duì)存在安全隱患、嚴(yán)重影響設(shè)施功能、嚴(yán)重影響市容環(huán)境以及涉及重大活動(dòng)保障的整治工作，以及上級(jí)部門和城運(yùn)中心指定需要兜底的處理的整治工作等，垃圾清運(yùn)和市政設(shè)施的整治必須符合上海市及浦東新區(qū)有關(guān)規(guī)定，以供應(yīng)商采用包工包料包質(zhì)量的方式服務(wù)。
