簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：本項目通過公開招標的方式，選取一家合格的供應商提供行政輔助服務。主要內容包括：（1）使用行政輔助力量配合開展各類內部輔助服務事項。（2）提供船艇駕駛服務，完成日常巡航船舶駕駛、應急值守、協(xié)助執(zhí)法、船艇日常維護等日常服務。（3）配合采購人生態(tài)環(huán)境執(zhí)法領域船舶駕駛、內部輔助管理服務事項。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project selects a qualified supplier to provide administrative auxiliary services through an open tender process. The main contents include: (1) Utilizing administrative auxiliary resources to support various internal auxiliary service tasks. (2) Offering vessel navigation services, including daily patrol vessel operations, emergency duty shifts, law enforcement assistance, and routine vessel maintenance. (3) Assisting the purchaser in vessel navigation and internal auxiliary management services within the ecological and environmental law enforcement domain. (For specific details, refer to Chapter 3 of the Procurement Requirements Document.)
合同履約期限：本次采購工作完成前由原服務單位繼續(xù)履行服務，如本次中標人非原服務單位，在此期間所產生的服務費，按照月單價結算給原服務商至本年度新合同簽訂之前一個月的所有服務費用。本項目一次采購三年有效，合同一年一簽。首年合同服務期限擬自****年1月1日至****年**月**日止，以正式合同簽訂為準。第二年和第三年合同根據(jù)上一年考核結果及財政預算批復情況決定合同是否續(xù)簽。
The Contract Period:Before the completion of this procurement work, the original service unit will continue to provide services. If the winning bidder is not the original service unit, the service fees incurred during this period will be settled to the original service provider at a monthly unit price for all service fees up to one month before the signing of the new contract for this year. This project is valid for three years with a one-time procurement, and the contract is signed once a year. The first year contract service period is proposed to be from January 1, **** to December **, ****, subject to the formal contract signing. The second and third year contracts will be renewed based on the assessment results of the previous year and the approval of the financial budget.
