簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：本項目擬通過公開招標的方式擇優(yōu)選擇一家供應商配合鎮(zhèn)城運中心有效開展鎮(zhèn)域范圍內消防滅火、搶險工作的開展，同時承擔區(qū)域內消防知識宜傳指導村(居)委開展消防演練等工作，完善鎮(zhèn)域內消防安全責任體系、消防礎保障設施體系、消防應急救投體系和宣傳教育體系，提升群眾防火減災、自防自救等意識和能力。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:This project plans to select a supplier through open bidding to effectively carry out fire fighting and emergency rescue work within the town area in cooperation with the town city operation center. At the same time, it will undertake the task of disseminating fire knowledge and guiding village (residential) committees to conduct fire drills in the area, improve the fire safety responsibility system, fire safety infrastructure system, fire emergency response system, and publicity and education system within the town area, and enhance the awareness and ability of the public to prevent and reduce fires, self prevention and self rescue. (Please refer to Chapter 3 Procurement Requirements for details)
