3、本項(xiàng)目不接受聯(lián)合投標(biāo)。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:1. Legal entities (or branches of legal entities that have been legally established and issued a business license) or unincorporated organizations within the territory of the People's Republic of China, which have the capacity to independently bear civil liability, shall obtain a unique authorization letter from their legal entity for this project when bidding in the name of their branch. Furthermore, the legal entity and its branch shall not participate in procurement activities under the same contract simultaneously;
2. Possessing a comprehensive engineering survey qualification of Class B or above, or a professional engineering survey (engineering surveying) qualification of Class B or above, or a surveying and mapping qualification of Class B or above issued by the national (provincial) surveying and mapping bureau;
3. This project does not accept joint bidding.
