簡要規(guī)格描述或項目基本概況介紹、用途：本項目主要內(nèi)容包括提供專業(yè)消防服務(wù)，組織開展消防宣傳和訓(xùn)練，提升防火巡查、初起火災(zāi)撲救能力，達(dá)到“一分鐘快速響應(yīng)、三分鐘到場撲救、后續(xù)協(xié)同消防處置”的要求。本項目一次采購三年有效，合同一年一簽，每年經(jīng)過采購人考核合格后續(xù)簽合同。本項目采購預(yù)算所涵蓋的服務(wù)期限：合同簽訂之日起至****年**月**日。（具體詳見第三章采購需求書）
Brief specification description or basic overview of the project:The main contents of this project include providing professional fire protection services, organizing and conducting fire protection publicity and training, enhancing the capabilities of fire prevention patrols and initial fire suppression, and meeting the requirements of "rapid response within one minute, on-site suppression within three minutes, and subsequent collaborative fire handling". This project's one-time procurement is valid for three years. The contract is signed annually. After passing the assessment by the purchaser each year, the contract will be renewed. The service period covered by the procurement budget of this project: from the date of contract signing until December **, ****. (For details, please refer to Chapter Three of the Procurement Requirements Document.
